Coach Punzone has been a coach at Babylon for 20 Years; 7 years as a head coach(60-13). He was the defensive coordinator for his first 13 years at Babylon. Coach Punzone has lead the Panthers to 6 straight Suffolk County Championship games, 2 Long Island Championship and 16 Big 4 Championships. Coach Punzone was named 2005, 2006, 2007, and 2008 Coach of the year. Coach Punzone is also the Varsity Girls Softball Coach. Under his realm the Lady Panthers have compiled a record of 161-41
The 2009 Panthers are excited to defend the 2008 Long Island Championship campaign behind a big and experienced offensive line. Our goal is to represent the Village of Babylon and Babylon HS with our program's 14th consecutive appearance in the Suffolk County Championship Game.
